Generally, the standard real estate commission charged to sell your home is 6% of the sales price plus a "transaction" or "processing" fee, and if you sell yourself you are still obligated to pay commission.

Our commission is only 1% of the sales price and you choose the sales commission for the buyer's broker. In addition we do not have any transaction or processing fees. If you sell your home yourself there is NO commission. You may cancel your agreement with us, without penalty, at any time prior to the property being sold through a broker.

Our program saves you thousands of dollars if sold through the MLS, and still allows you to sell yourself. We believe that there is no better program available; or one that even comes close!

Our many years of experience raises us way above the crowd in contract negotiations; resulting in obtaining the highest possible price for your home.

As an added benefit, if Sharper Image Realty provides the Buyer and there is no other Broker involved, only a 2% Total Commission then would be due at closing.
